As it is level 40+, which can be seen in the guilds MoTd, I was wondering. I am a level 35 warlock atm, and from my former 70, I know I can lvl quickly to 40. Will there be given a deadline, which will set the date that the under-40s will be thrown out? How much time will the under-40s get to level up to 40s?

Anyone under 40 at the moment will be given all the support and time they need to reach 40 we shall not recuit members under 40 unless they really impress... as this is not a hard and fast rule it is very flexable. once all existing members are above lvl 40 then the rule (following a discussion amongst the officers) will come into effect fully. the main aim of this rule is to avoid the tedious requests for "boosts" and gold to be given to new players

Yup, I agree with Brik here. It's really a question of time and energy I suppose. I mean, there are of course really cool players at all levels, and Conquest will have a whole lot of flexibility I am sure -- but trying to stay away from endless Guild discussions on basic things is of key importance. So real beginners will surely be helped by Guildies, but we should probably really try to limit their involvement in the Guild. Will make Conquest a lot more fun for everyone. We also discussed this extensively in the past as the core group, and basically were of the opinion that anyone above 30 was a pretty serious character, but that 40+ would be key for Guild cohesion, etc. Check this out: http://eu.wowarmory.com/guild-info.xml?r=Emerald+Dream&n=Conquest&p=1Gulie

50 might be a bit high... Pretty much all people over 50 already have guilds.

I do also agree, 50 is a bit high. If ppl are jerks, they go no matter what lvl they are ofc, but there is a lot of value in having some younger challenging characters too

Ok mates, do I have this right? 19 August 2008 ... Wakii - 67 Mizh - 63 - druid/healer Brikobrak - 62 - hunter/dps Orangenokia - 61 - hunter/dps Companion - 59 - warlock/dpsGulie - 51 There may be a few ppl in the middle somewhere, but I think that we should plan a few events. Like Ramps (seems good for a few runs, 59-63 ppl). We've got four folks in that range, can PUG the last one. How about this Thursday? Companion spams .. Need tank maybe. If not, Wakii can help, but we need a healer then ... Gul
